You can also collect your items for free at our premises at times we are open.
Shipping type and times
All items ordered are posted by An Post the next working day with 2-3 days to arrive to client.
Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons we do not offer refund /exchanges on items charged of mind. If you receive an item damaged or faulty we will exchange or refund this for you. If you receive a damaged / faulty item you must notify us in 3 working days.
To complete your return, we require a recipt or proof of purchase.
Returned items must be received by us in the same condition as you received them, so please pack up any returned items carefully with their original packaging.
Once your refund is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have recived your returned product.
We will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
If you haven’t received refund yet, first check your bank account. Sometimes it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
